Please download the Registration Form, the  Liability Release Form, and the Terms and Conditions Document.  After careful reading of these ,  please  fill out and submit the signed Registration and Liability Release forms and send them, along with payment for the $200 registration fee, to:

Alternatively, the registration fee can be paid by Pay Pal immediately by clicking on the "Pay Now" button above, although the registration process is not complete until we receive the filled out and signed forms by mail.
 
Payment of the remainder of the tour fee  can be made by check or credit card (Master Card, VISA).  The $200 registration fee is non-refundable.  The remainder of the tour fee is non-refundable within 30 days of tour start date (unless we can fill your spot).  Therefore, we recommend purchase of trip insurance to be sure that you can recoup most of your investment in the event of an emergency or other unforseen  circumstance that might prevent you from participating in the tour.  There are many possible providers including TripInsuranceStore.com .  Trip insurance should be purchased before payment of any fees.
